Shared building systems and concealed services may fall outside the individual unit's scope. We explain access limitations so you know what the inspection establishes and what may need building-management input.

How do I get a quote?
Share the property type, size, location and the reason for the inspection. Halo will confirm the appropriate scope, availability and fee before you book. Re-inspections and specialist testing can be quoted separately.
Do the utilities need to be connected?
Working electricity and water allow a more complete assessment of AC, sockets, plumbing and drainage. Tell the team in advance if services are disconnected or access is restricted, so limitations can be agreed.
